Ralph Alexander Neumüller was born in Linz, Austria in 1980. He is professionally and personally involved with science and its impact on society. He studied Human Biology at the University of Vienna and conducted research at Harvard University, Ludwig Maximilian University, and in the private sector. His literary interests lie in the genres of science fiction and thrillers. “Das Stoffuniversum” is his debut novel, with which he was nominated for the SERAPH price 2024 and won the Fantastic Literature Competition organized by the Keil & Keil Literary Agency as well as the Chrysalis award from the European Science Fiction Society. In addition to his scientific and literary work, he is a guitarist in the post-rock collective Thalija.
